Real change starts with real talk…and a therapist who gets you.
Meet your therapist
Gabriella Carrigan, PhD
Psychology Resident, RMHCI

Hi, I’m Gaby, a clinical psychologist and registered mental health counseling intern based in Tampa, Florida. I specialize in helping adults navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions—whether that’s the end of a relationship, a struggle with self-worth, or making meaningful health behavior changes that actually stick.
My approach is warm, direct, and deeply supportive. I’m not a run-of-the-mill therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’m here to listen, but also to challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you push through the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Think of me as someone to hold your hand and be in your corner, but who is not afraid to give a little tough love when you need it.
I believe that change doesn’t have to be overwhelming, but it does have to be intentional. Together, we’ll work to understand your story, identify the patterns, behaviors, and relationships that no longer serve you, and build a healthier, more empowered and more fulfilling life.
When I'm not in session, you’ll likely find me collecting shells on the beautiful Florida beaches, reading my Kindle in the sunshine, or exploring new parks with my three beautiful kids.
If you're ready to turn your energy inward and start moving forward, I’m here for you! Let’s chat!
